REsearchers BEyond ACAdemia (REBECA) is an international mentoring programme established by EURAXESS Spain. The programme connects early stage researchers (PhD candidates and post-docs) with professionals working in non-academic research sector with an aim to facilitate their transition from the academic to non- academic research careers. The programme's objective is to facilitate researchers' networking and improve their knowledge of transfarable and career management skills. The programme lasts 6 months and includes at least 6 mentor-mentee meetings.
Who are the mentors:
PhD holders or equivalent professionals that perform tasks related with R&D in any sector of society who are willing to contribute to young researchers' development on a voluntary basis. If you want to make the impact, boost someone's career prospects and gain experience as a mentor in an international network, do not hestitate to apply!
Deadline for applications:November 5th, 2023. Call for mentees will be open at a later stage.
