Cracow Technical University announces the opening of Faculty Research Laboratory.They offer:
- High-resolution scanning electron microscopy (SEM) studies
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical composition in micro-areas using the SEM\EDS method (point, line, mapping)
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the phase composition by X-ray powder diffraction
- High-temperature X-ray powder diffraction measurements (25-1200 o C, atmosphere: air or inert gas)
- Measurements by SAXS, XRR (1 ~ 100 nm)
