The Jagiellonian University International Visitors' Office is a point of contact for internationally mobile researchers and academics as well as their families and JU units which host guests from abroad. 

Whether you come for a few years to conduct a part of your research or rather to teach a 1-semester course to JU students, the IVO team will be delighted to make sure you settle quickly and effortlessly, as well as that you take full advantage of all the University and the city have to offer.

The IVO team provides information, advice and support to help you cope with all practical matters before, during, and after your relocation, from residence formalities to useful tips on everyday life. The team works closely with various units and institutions within and outside JU to ensure that all the visitors benefit from the coordinated services and feel at home at the University.
