SECURE Project Webinars on Research Careers

We invite you to participate in the SECURE Project Roadshow, a series of one-hour webinars in March 2025, presenting key findings of the SECURE project. The sessions will introduce: ► 

• The Research Career Framework (RCF), a set of actions to improve research careers and reduce precarity.
• The Tenure Track-like (TTL) Models, including guiding principles and national case studies.

The project Sustainable Careers for Researcher Empowerment (SECURE)is an EU-funded initiative implemented by a consortium of eighteen organisations led by The Oceanic Platform of the Canary Islands (PLOCAN). In the span of two years (January 2023 – December 2024), the project will focus on improving research careers and reducing career precarity.
