As of December 28th, 2020 new restrictions have been in force when crossing the Polish borders. All persons, regardless of nationality, coming to Poland from Russia, Ukraine or Belarus are obliged to undergo the 10-day quarantine. Passengers who cross the internal EU border by public transport are also obliged to undergo the quarantine. Exempt from quarantine are, inter alia, persons travelling by private car and those vaccinated against COVID-19.
In addition, the quarantine does not apply to students and doctoral candidates studying in Poland as well as to persons conducting scientific activity in Poland.
