Women TechEU is a two-year EU-funded project funding and supporting women leading deep tech (Aerospace, Automotive & Remote Sensing) startup companies from Europe. Across the two years, the consortium will launch a total of four calls for applications. Applicant startups will undergo a rigorous evaluation and a total of 160 winner startups will receive €75k in non-dilutive grants as well as a personalised business development programme including mentoring, coaching and training.
The programme consortium is looking for experienced women mentors who will provide (remunerated) guidance, support, and valuable insights tailored to each start-up to help them succeed in their business ventures. After an onboarding session, the mentoring will take place in the form of 5 one-to-one meetings during the whole programme. The matchmaking and mentorship sessions will run via a dedicated on-line platform starting from mid-September 2024 to mid-March 2025. Women TechEU will release 4 open calls to select top-notch women-led deep tech startups.
