The survey aims to collect feedback for the push and pull factors that made researchers to have geographical mobility. The survey is focusing on researchers moving within or outside the European Research Area and researchers who moved to ERA.
The survey is organized in the frame of ERA Talent project funded from the Horizon Europe programme, which is implemented by EURAXESS network and aims to support the career development of researchers in Europe. The data that will be collected will be reported to the main stakeholders and the European Commission. We are aiming to understand better researchers’ needs in order to propose the improvement of researchers’ policies, aiming to improve researchers’ careers.
The questionnaire is designed with questions with single or multiple choice replies or simple text fields, in order to be easier to fill it in. The estimated time to complete the questionnaire is less than 5 minutes.
