Scholarship programme for young researchers is financed by the government of Poland and is addressed to candidates from: Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The scholarships are foreseen for academic training in a form of year-long individual supplementary studies at Polish universities from September 2018 till June 2019.
The scholarship amount is 1350 PLN monthly.
Applicants are usually Ph.D. holders, young lecturers or university graduates who wish to continue their studies after returning home.
The programme is foreseen for candidates of age up to 35 with certain knowledge of the Polish language in order to be able to undertand the lectuires. Awarded candidates who speak little Polish, will participate in a language course one month before start of the programme.
